Returns for Breast Tape by Swim Intimates (not applicable to any The NŌA Rental dress items) are accepted according to the below guidelines:

CONDITION OF RETURN

– Unused
– Original packaging – unopened
– Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs
– We accept returns when shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 7 days.

If you would like to use our couriers to collect your return, a return shipping fee of R99 will be included and deducted from your final refund amount.

If you choose to use our couriers for an exchange, we will deduct the return shipping cost (R99) + the new shipping fee to ship the exchange to you (R99) from the store credit amount that you can then use to purchase your preferred tape.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow at least 1-5 business days for your funds to reflect in your account.
